Less Than Three Weeks To Go!

With only 20 days to go, I met up with the lovely Kelly Bennett to give me tips on how to look after myself as I prepare for the walk.

Fitness is a lot of work and you need to get your body ready to avoid any disappointments.

I was given tips on mobility flexibility - as in proper warm up exercises so that the muscles are not shocked; drinking my electrolytes; sun screen; eating proper meals and, obviously, hydrating.

I am counting the days and definitely looking forward to the walk.

Young girls are the future strong women in leadership, so let’s play our part and donate a few pads so that no girl ever misses a day of school.
